Tapawingo Lodge
Tapawingo Lodge is the last recreational frontier of Alberta. We can offer something in every season. For our spring fishing we have a large abundance of Walleyes and Northern Pike. We also have a huge abundance of migratory birds. Any shoreline you will see huge eagle nests, Seagull nesting grounds & Pelicans galore . The songbirds also make their presence known. The fall is absolutely gorgeous with colors, northern lights and fishing. Winter brings the peacefulness of the season, spectacular northern lights, ice fishing and miles of trails for snowmobiling.
Spring/summer/fall amenities include hot showers, horseshoe pits, electricity in all cabins as well as fridges. Lodge has freezer system and Wifi
We welcome private planes and have a 4200 gravel/grass private airstrip. Also ample parking space for both airstrip and float plane dock.
